Retirement: Use Mental Imagery For Positive Thinking

Believe in the power of your mind to initiate the changes you desire. There is a deep sense of meaning and fulfillment as you sense that new and expanding power in your entire lifestyle. Can this really happen? It has happened to Esri EWDA10 exam many. It can happen to you. Believe in yourself. Make it work.
For those who may find it difficult to overcome negative attitudes I suggest that you try a series of mental imagery exercises that I have found to be every effective in converting negative to positive mindsets. To follow these exercises you must believe in your own mental powers. Doubts must be eradicated and the exercises must be done within this positive frame of mind. They have worked with many people over centuries. There are several ways to practice these exercises. One is to see yourself in the future in a very positive state, mentally and physically.
You are fulfilling your dreams. If you want to be creative, you will visualize yourself as creative, perhaps painting a picture, sculpting, writing a story. If you are out of shape see yourself in excellent physical condition. See yourself running, playing tennis, or golf; whatever you desire. If you are overweight Exam Express EE0-411 exam see yourself at what weight you desire to be. Don't make these positive pictures inconsistent with what can be accomplished, if you change. When you visualize how you will or can be in a future time you are using end-state imagery. An example follows. This might be the imagery of a person who feels physical inept or mentally ineffective or fearful of illness or death.
Mental Imagery Exercise:
Sit quietly in a comfortable chair and close your eyes. Take several deep breaths and feel yourself relaxing. Visualize yourself as alert, upbeat, mentally clear, physically sound. Feel this new state of being deeply and be absolutely convinced of the new you.
Follow with an affirmation such as," I will never again feel negative about how I play tennis, or I will always believe that I am a creative person or I will always be able to control my weight, or I will never procrastinate and be able to accomplish what I want ) or never feel blocked or negative when I try to write." Put in what negativity you want to overcome.
Do not expect this imagery to work immediately. You need to practice 5 to 20 times a day. Each exercise session last about ten seconds. Believe wholly in your attitude. Believe what you are doing even though you see no immediate results. Over time your attitude will change, especially knowing that the imagery is being implemented by your changes in thinking and behavior. You might be interested in learning that recent PET scans and fMRI's have shown that there are actual physical brain UN0-101 changes with imagery. You will actually change yourself.
The power of mental imagery has been tested over long years of use by countless people. It will extend your ability to accomplish many things that you might have felt were out of reach. Your sense of self-esteem will rise and, as you grow older, you will also be growing younger. Mental alertness and continuing ability to reach new goals are building blocks for an exciting and purposeful retirement.
