Revive Yourself This Weekend

In this fast paced, mechanized world, where we are constantly running a marathon, leisure is a rare luxury. And, if we get lucky to find some time off in the form of weekends, how do we spend it? If you asked me this question a couple of Esri EADA10 exam years back, I would have answered: catch a movie, dine out and do some shopping. That was my ideal way of spending leisure, but not anymore. While there is nothing wrong in watching movies or indulging in a spending spree once a while, the point I want to make is that you cannot be doing this every weekend. These experiences give you a very superficial satisfaction, scratch the surface and it's gone! Go for some real experience this weekend.
There are so many things we have always wanted to do, but not able to make time for. Wishes that got lost along the way as we grew up, wishes lying dormant somewhere but nevertheless are there. Make a list of all those things and start making your wish list come true starting this weekend.
Recall the last time you enjoyed a game. I am not talking of the cricket match you watched the other day or the recent football match where your favorite club scored the max. I am talking of you. Call back to mind your days in school when you scored that four which led your team to victory or that decisive goal in the inter-school football match that made you a hero overnight Esri EADP10 exam in your locality. All of that somehow got lost in the air-conditioned cabin of your office. It is time to bring that enthusiastic lad in you back to life. Soak in the sun. Organize a game of cricket/football this Sunday. Ask your colleagues if they would be interested. Trust me, you will get a lot of eager responses. Guys just can't refuse a match. It is a guy's thing! It just requires someone to take the initiative.
Take your family along to watch this game. When you score runs for your team, and your wife and little ones shout and clap, you will know you are reliving your youth. You are a hero in their eyes.
Do something you have always wanted to do. If you love dancing and stopped it after you got married and had children, start it again. Join the weekend batches. Try any form you are interested in. Bring the zing back and go belly dancing! The added advantage is you will lose your unwanted fat dancing your way to health. If your partner shares your interest, take him along. A class of salsa will bring your romance alive.
Indulge your passions. Love playing with colors? Do some painting. Fill your canvas with colors and I bet, your life will be filled with colors too.
Try photography. Bring out your digi-cam that sees the day only on weddings and parties. Take it with you where you go this weekend. Click when you see an old man playing with his grandchildren, or an autumn tree that waits for the spring. With photography, you will learn to see beauty in everything around.
Pen down a few words. We are all poets deep down. Try TM1-101 a haiku. It's beautiful. Write just three lines that capture a moment.
We all have a wish list. Let's not forget it in the humdrumness of life. Life is not monochromatic. It is up to us to find its varied colors. Have a great weekend ahead!
