Rapport Is the Foundation to Attraction Influence

Rapport is an incredible thing and is the core strength to attraction influence. Rapport is the gateway to all possibilities and is the foundation of all trust. With rapport comes trust. When you are with prospects, acquaintances, new friends or family appreciate their world. Appreciate their world and understand their perceptions and personality. Feel their pain and their joy. Get exited about their passions. Genuinely look at how they see their world, the time will come when they will beg to see yours. Don't be in a hurry it takes time. If you will do this, you will separate yourself from all others. Train yourself to develop rapport with as many people as you come in contact with and anything is possible.
Rapport must be perfectly genuine or people will see right through you. Most are master lie detectors and will shut you down in a heartbeat. Time is on your side and is a renewable resource; use it, most wont, and you will have a huge advantage.
How to create lasting rapport
Questions: Use the power of questions. "I am curious... what is your favorite book, or movie, pastime, hobby, sport or vacation spot." Ask to gain insight into their world. Don't rush it or you will kill the rapport you have developed. Each question is a little more insight and a little closer to peeling back their layers of armor and be genuine. Simple questions can lead to amazing things; don't under estimate them.
Mirroring: Use subtle mirroring. Use a similar posture, breathing, gestures. Use similar words and tones. Relate to what they enjoy talking about, their interests and walk into their world.
Listen: Actively listen. Don't finish their sentences, don't jump a head or you will shut them down. You don't know what they are thinking, what they really need or where they are going. You have to listen intently Citrix 1Y0-A13 exam . Maintain eye contact but don't stare them down. Don't actively listen with intent and you will have told them you really don't care about them. Your ability to learn more will be lost. You will have annihilated rapport.
Presence: Be present. Be aware. Don't prepare your next comment or your pitch while they are talking. We all like to talk about subjects that interest us and so do they. You must train yourself to know better and focus on them. If they take the conversation left and you go right; guess what? You have lost it; you must be in the moment and be present. You must be genuine. Navigate past their guard and defenses. Being present with them is the biggest gift you could give. It's the most powerful of all because almost no one will do it.
Help them: Help them solve their challenges. Don't be the obsessed coach trying to solve a need they don't yet know they have. Take time to help them solve the challenges they know they face. Help them overcome their hurdles. Take time to appreciate their needs and how to structure ways to achieve their wants and desires.
Neutrality: Be neutral, no extremes as strength will become weakness. Find common ground. Common ground is the foundation of trust, again be genuine or they will see through you. Have zero agenda or get shut down and dismissed. Focus on similarities and be interested. How can you help them? Figure this out and you will have incredible influence.
A true leader is building the relationship and developing 117-199 genuine rapport. Trust... don't ask for it, don't expect it, build it! It takes time. So few people ever take the time to create a real and lasting connection. Be perfectly genuine and build genuine rapport for attraction influence.
