Why Be Afraid of the Unknown?

I guess this is really an observation followed by an opinion. It seems that some people are afraid of emotional change and others of physical or perceptive change. Some are afraid of changing their career, job, or means Citrix 1Y0-A08 question of earning income. For some it is a change of location (i.e. changing counties or state). Some people even fear losing their favorite coffee shop or TV station. Whatever it is I have come to see that a fear of change is not a good thing. It suggests that you perceive this change so grave that you tell you're mind you won't be able to handle it. Why not?
My theory has a few ideas behind it. Certain things people feel like they should fear for one reason or another. Because of this they fear it with so much passion and depth, that they destroy the fiber and increase the chances of losing the thing they fear changing the most, such as love or a job. Others don't give themselves enough credit and fear that they will not be able to handle the change. That somehow this change will be the worst thing to happen to their lives.
What's worst is these fears frequently causes one to do things one normally wouldn't to avoid the opportunity for change i.e. sticking with a job you KNOW is leading nowhere, staying with someone you KNOW is bad for you, or, for whatever reason, going out of your way to buy or otherwise acquire something you know you shouldn't because you are so used to the thought of having it, you can't imagine not. Even though you are aware you really can't afford it.
Then I asked "why do we do these things to ourselves?" Citrix 1Y0-A09 question Why be so afraid of change that we cripple our minds into believing that we cannot and should not do without that "specific" part of our lives. Then I realized it is quite possibly only because we were taught to fear that change. Or even more specifically never taught NOT to fear that change. Then, I think, I discovered the key. It is in the mind of children.
Think about it. Kids don't fear much until adults put the fear into their minds. Imagine this, if you told a scary story with the lights on in the middle of the day would kids fear ghost stories? If they've already skinned their knee once do you notice they barely complain the second time? This of course depends on the "level of hurt", But on general basis children depend on adults for guidance. And usually assimilate our fears.
In conclusion, I don't think we should simply fear the unknown. It is my belief that we should always remain prepared for it as we enjoy life to its fullest. Understanding that one day the change you fear most might very well not be there. Be childlike in the fact that the change won't bother you after a while. Meanwhile having the adult sense to know how to prepare in case this change takes place. Believe it or not you CAN control your emotions much better if you are already prepared for it.
Imagine that it already happened and you worked your way through it. Then put it out of your mind. That way you will neither dwell on it, nor fear it because, in theory, it has already happened and was already handled. Fear of change should not rule anything in our lives 250-222 except in our resolve to prepare our minds to deal with it. As physical or emotional a toll as this change may be it is definitely something that can be handled with mind preparation. It is your mind, only you can cloud it with doubt and fear
