The Most Powerful Tool I've Found - Checklis

The other day I was asked what I did to prioritize my life and get things done. I didn't answer immediately. In fact, it was a great question and I really had to think about it. After lots and lots Blue Coat BCCPSA of thought I figured out that "checklists" are the most effective tool that I use in my life.
Checklists are very simple. All of this may seem too simple but it truly is powerful. You probably use some sort of checklist in your life right now. But there are ways that your checklist can be a super-tool in your productivity arsenal. My goal in this article is that you can learn how to correctly use checklists and become highly productive by using them.
First, why use a checklist? Many of us entrepreneurs have thousands of different thoughts a day, most of which we will never do and they do not serve us in any way. So don't even worry about those. When you have a "to do" thought, write it down. If you have an idea that pertains to your life, business or future, write it down. Other than that it probably isn't worth writing down. Just write down thoughts that will SERVE YOU RIGHT NOW, things that you need to get done or ideas that can better your business.
Try to prioritize your thoughts in a checklist so that Blue Coat BCCPSP you can mark them off as you go. The best way to do this is to write them down in the order that you need to get them done. You will find that once you start writing things down you will instantly think of other things and this is OK. Do the things that NEED to be done first and the things that will better your life and business after. This does not mean to put them off till tomorrow or later, just do it after.
The next thing is to not let your list get too long. If you have a list with a hundred things on it, you are either the busiest person in the world, or you are writing unnecessary things on your list. Weed it out.
If you are a business owner, can you imagine how well your business would be doing if you would do one thing a day to better it? There are very few business owners that actually try to better their business once it is started. You can make it a phenomenal business 9A0-064 just by getting the necessary things done and working on bettering it afterword.
Checklists are simple but highly effective. They are a very powerful tool. Use them and your life will be more organized, more simple and things WILL get done.
