Here Is A Way To Get More Out Of Life That Has Never Yet Failed

Energy is the essence of life.
Every day you decide how you're going to use it. This daily decision determines how much you get out of life Citrix 1Y0-A08 - or how little. Every day you make this decision either consciously, or asleep at the steering wheel. Either way, you do it ideally by knowing what you want and what it takes to reach that goal, and by maintaining focus. The rate at which you convert energy into completed actions is the expression of your personal power.
So - to grow your personal power and get more out of life... simply grow your energy.
When you do you'll notice that energy is highly infectious. If you grow your energy you also grow the energy of everyone around you.
How to grow energy?
You grow it in the same way as you would grow any muscle in your body - by using it and by stretching it. You also lose it in the same way as you would lose any muscle - by not using it.
Building your energy muscle requires to continually switch between expending energy - using your muscle - and renewing energy - relaxing your muscle.
The challenge is that we've since childhood been told how to spend energy. So much so that by now we're experts at it.
But for the majority of people [yours truly among them, at one point] energy renewal is mission impossible.
Most people are running on an empty energy tank most of the time. They don't know that to conserve enough energy to keep functioning at peak levels throughout the day - you must stop every 90 to 120 minutes to refill the energy tank. So they short-change themselves by battling through life on empty energy. Simply because they just don't know.
Not so you. You know it's cool and freeing to be crazy and passionate in the pursuit of whatever mission you're on... so long as you're crazy and passionate about energy renewal, too.
You know it's important to use and respect the natural laws that our natural bodies and minds are subject Citrix 1Y0-A09 to. Doing the right things the right way can produce stunning results. Nowhere is it more true than in energy.
The best lives are lived by people who get it... who continuously oscillate between spending energy and renewing energy.
Because you get it, too, your life will never be the same.
Here are some leaps of action you can take.
Stop spending energy like crazy - meaning without regular, intermittent energy renewals. Because it IS crazy. Known consequences of non-stop energy expenditure include breakdowns, burnouts, depression, sickness and premature death.
Practice energy renewal by performing all your activities in time blocks of 90 minutes and 25 minutes respectively. The 90-minute blocks are for the heavy lifting - your most important tasks. Set aside the 25-minute blocks for the small stuff - emails and such.
After EVERY 90 MINUTES take a short break. The break serves to refuel your energy tank.- Breathe. If you've forgotten how, read up on Deep Breathing.- Hydrate. Drink a glass of fresh water, best with lemon juice.- Jump for 1 minute. Simple ups and downs - to get your lymphic system going.- Relax by lying down on a flat surface, or by sitting down in a comfy chair - until you achieve a calm body and a calm mind. Remember - you're building muscle. Practice and daily repetition are important.
